F.A.Q.

Everything you need to know

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT'S RAINING?

We fish in the rain as long as there is no thunder and lightning.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

$100 deposit is refundable if trip is cancelled seven days prior to trip by customer, if trip is cancelled due to bad weather, deposit will be applied to a future date/charter.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT/MINIMUM?

Unless special arrangements have been made, no children under 6 for fishing charters. No age minimum for sunset cruise.

WHAT TYPE OF FISH DO YOU CATCH?

In the spring we target COHO and CHINOOK (King salmon), in the summer we target salmon, lake trout, and steel head.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Parking for charters is available at Washington Park Beach. If you type into Google Maps, “Washington Park Fish Cleaning Station” the route should take you exactly where you need to be. There are assigned parking spots for charter customers to the left of the cleaning station.

DO I NEED TO BRING ICE?

Please bring ice for your own food and drinks. You do not need to bring any extra ice to take home fish - we will provide that to you for no extra cost.

WHAT TIME WILL WE BE BACK AT THE DOCK?

All charters are scheduled to last 6 hours. Depending on the time of year it may take longer to get to/from our fishing location. A 6am Central time charter can safely assume to be back at the dock no later than 1pm central time.

HOW MANY FISH CAN WE CATCH?

All licensed fishermen are allowed to harvest 5 fish per day. There are specific limits based on species, obviously we can’t always control which fish bite our lures. If a fish is of legal length, we will keep it on board and add it to your cooler.
